Kern Valley Construction was founded by Richard and Rachel Basta to fulfill a need in the commercial and industrial construction sector.  We saw there was room for a professional, full-service construction company for small commercial and industrial developments.  Over the past several years, Kern Valley Construction has continued to evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of our clientele.

Kern Valley Construction has built it's foundation on bringing a valuable product to our clients at a fair and reasonable cost.  Our reputation for honesty and integrity is unsurpassed and we are well respected by our vendors, peers and the public agencies we deal with in our industry.

As the needs of our clients have changed and evolved, so have we. Early on we recognized a need to give our clients complete confidence in the ability of our Company to meet their needs financially.  Kern Valley Construction has worked hard to provide bid, payment and performance bonds for our private sector projects as well as the Public Works projects we perform, a service that most construction firms cannot provide.

Kern Valley Construction provides several quality Steel Building System product lines, all of which are pre-engineered ICC Certified by the International Code Council.  We also offer metal building components.

Realizing the changing climate and trend towards "green" products and energy sources, Kern Valley Construction is keeping in step with these changes, and has implemented a solar distributorship to offer our clients the latest in solar technology.
